Moderation, files

The external moderators for the programme I teach on came in today. They check the quality of the programme and if standards are being maintained. It is always a stressful experience. The files they sample are lined up waiting to be checked. It had an element of the surreal about it as I am retiring soon and I will not be there to implement their recommendations. It went well- but there is always an element of tension until they leave.
