Saturday 4 February 2012: Caledonian Canal
It was a horrible wet grey day but suddenly it brightened up just as I was out and about so I headed over to the canal in the hope of getting some good reflecting light - I have borrowed your idea caileanmac! The canal was frozen at Muirtown lock - the wee dots on the water are stones lying on top of the ice that is just under the surface water.
I've had another lovely Saturday with youngest grandson over to play for a wee while and then took oldest grandson for a swim. Not sure if I will do anything more productive as I feel a deep sense of relaxation coming over me now!
