Planning ahead

Or, just waiting. This student is lying back on the seating box outside Graduate Studies - our neighbour down the hall. He's looking at a GS brochure so maybe he's thinking ahead. Or, he could just be waiting for a friend or an appointment. Either way, he caught my eye. In case this perspective is familiar, you would be correct.
