Bitterly cold...

...today, but looked like Summer. Out for a little walk and was bowled over by the view from the Iron Bridge in Sefton Park. The cold seems to affect my energy levels; it feels just like someone has pulled out my power plug. Was going out for a meal tonight with friend S, but the poor thing is full of cold and has cancelled. Sorry she's ill but quite relieved to be staying in and resting.
