Sunday 5 February 2012: One Thousand Points Of Light
Back blipping time!
Our first night in Cardiff. Back at the venue of the wedding.
We always go there at this time of year to try and let Dawn unwind after the stress of tax return month. In fact, if you look at the one year ago blips in the bottom corner, you can see what we did last year!
What a way to start this years local tourist holiday, with one of the best games of rugby in the Six Nations for years. I don't know how many changes of lead, and a last minute winning penalty for Wales!
I only took the new little Sony Compact with me, to try and have a play with it.
This was the view from our hotel window on the fourteenth floor after sunset. I love staying at this hotel for the views. To look over the city of Cardiff at night is spectacular!
