Monday 13 February 2012: Bracken Hill Gill
Pal Helen and I are trying out some local walks we haven't done before. Today we did a circular walk from Silsden which took us above the Aire Valley to Silsden Reservoir then back via the village of Swartha. We stopped off at pal Laura's on the way back in the hope that she was in, and she was, so we had a very nice lunch and catch up with her.
The walk had lots of variety (including several muddy fields!) and this blip was taken in a pretty piece of woodland at Bracken Hill early on in the walk.
PS LOCAL BLIPPERS - PLEASE SEE ARRANGEMENTS FOR BLIPMEET AT SGWARNOG'S EXHIBITION - ON THE FORUM ON BLIPMEET PAGE - AND E-MAIL IF YOU WANT CURRY BOOKING!
