There is never a problem with people posing in Malawi. They love to pose and see their pictures.
They point at each other and laugh.
We rarely get a picture of sad looking people.
But we refuse to show flies and tears. They don't want to be seen like that and to me it's undignified, even (or particularly) for the purpose of eliciting funds.
It is not our way.
