Greenhouse work

At this time of year Northern Malawi gets alot of rain.
There is always work to be done in the greenhouses, so use of labour becomes much more efficient. In the early years everyone would sit when the rains came but now they have set their targets and no-one sits, they run the place very efficiently. They have taken ownership and pride in what they do. I'm so proud of them.
People regularly ask me,what happens when you are in Ireland, does everything stop? I answer If they cant do it now, on their own, we were wasting our time!!
