Friday 17 February 2012: 49. old fashioned
there are plenty of things about texas being old fashioned that are not good. one of them is when it comes to politics and religion, if you ask me. but at the same time, that connection to the past is part of what makes texas what it is.
that may be inconceivable/unexplainable to someone who is not from here. i hate the general political climate of texas, but i appreciate where it came from. confused yet?
maybe after another year on blip i can offer y'all a course in texas history.
