Monday 20 February 2012: View to the mountains

The air was bright and breezy this morning and from the road to Magalas I could see the mountains of the Haut Languedoc clearly in the distance across the vineyards. The piles of wood in the middle distance are vines that have been uprooted, probably to be replaced with new ones or, quite commonly these days with olive trees. There are a couple of mazets (vineyard shelters) in the shot that I'd like to get to one day too.
