Re-capture Project

Joe and myself were at the the launch of the Re-capture Project where we met Lauren. One of the creators of a remarkable self -help project designed, managed and put together by young people who're recovering from eating disorders based around telling inspiring stories all supported by Young Scot.

It was wonderful to meet the people involved and see their work.
