Wednesday 22 February 2012: Welsh Cake Wednesday *
It is a little known fact, that in Wales, following Shrove Tuesday we celebrate Welsh Cake Wednesday*.
This little know custom involves WelshSi baking enough Welsh cakes to feed the Principality!
