Pistyll Rhaeadr

A trip to Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall in Wales today, I am not fond of the road to it: a single track for 4 miles, with farms dotted alonside it, so oncoming traffic and a steep bank on the right. We got there safely and I, kitted out with tripod, remote and Canon tried out 'real photography, manual settings.. I was after the 'silk ribbon sort of effect....a bit....

The waterfall is the tallest in Wales, next time I'll take my kit lens too...but for today I am quite pleased ....You can see some more on my folio
