Thursday 23 February 2012: Brum brum screech crash
In Birmingham today. I think it is the only big city I've visited that I really like. It feels quiet, clean, modern and friendly. London never feels friendly.
I saw a crash whilst going in through Edgbaston. An ambulance car on its way to an emergency driven by a complete plonker jumped the red lights and sideswiped an innocent car driver who didn't stand a chance. If it had been someone on a bike I wouldn't have fancied their chances of walking away from it. Both cars looked right offs to me.
