Not every day

Up a gum tree

This koala is ten years old, not that old for the wilds of Victoria but ancient for suburban New South Wales. He has no teeth and so needs soya paste to supplement his leafy diet, and some TLC at the Koala Care Centre here in Lismore. They hope to release him one more time, but I'm not so sure.

So here I am, geographically somewhere between Vodkaman and Waipushrink, and not keeping up with blip at all. It's been a seriously busy first week, but getting quieter after my keynote lecture this afternoon - or so I'm promised. We'll see.
