Spring to autumn

It's been a grey day here again, so I thought I'd cheer myself up by playing with colour.

This is the sort of effect you can get using Lab colour ...it says in my "How to be a clever dick" Photoshop book.

Sometimes it works... This one has quite an autumnal feel, which isn;t what I really intended.

What I really wanted to do was to prove that there is one corner of this sceptred isle that still has water...but I'm not telling them "down south" where it is!
