Mmmmm!

It was a beautiful morning totally spring like. Afternoon damp and chilly. Go figure! Made this marmalade. We eat tons of the stuff but it has to be thin peel(Eoghan ) and sharp(me) so I make it myself. I pot it up in smallish jars cos I have to give so much away we'd never have any if it was in bigger jars. I keep thinking I should try selling it but too much health and safety rubbish to be bothered with!
