Friday 2 March 2012: Where's the macaroni?

Five minutes must seem like FOREVER in a kid's life. Especially a hungry one waiting for their macaroni.

Having had a rather fun playdate this morning with A and her kids, we were slightly very behind schedule when it came to lunch. So, packing up the four kids we headed in the direction of the nearest cafe and ordered some food.

Three macaroni's and 2 chicken wraps later all hell ensued, with the two toddlers chasing one another round the cafe tables and the other trying to sneak out the door when not making a break for the kitchen. The baby was the only well behaved one there. There were profuse apologies to the adjacent and not so adjacent tables for some rowdy behaviour and spoilt lunches. Sweating like mad, we made a run for it.

Note to self: Don't take 4 children out in public with only 2 adults. Ever.
