Wednesday 7 March 2012: Composition No 528: Lawrence of Kemney
The Aberdeenshire village of Kemney is rightly well known for its Academy, Golf Club and of course Lawrence of Kemnay - a local car dealer whose name is inexplicably linked in my mind to that other Lawrence of Seven Pillars of Wisdom fame.
That aside, Kemney has a hidden gem in the form of the Bishops Palace in Fetternear Estate.
