Thursday 8 March 2012: Omelets and red wine with Pa
I originally planned to post something musical today, after my first time busking at the La Trobe market, but I didn't end up getting a photo of that and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to post this shot of one of my Dad's fantastic omelets.
It's just him and me for dinner tonight, so Dad decided to open a nice bottle of Wynn's Coonawarra Shiraz and fry up a couple of omelets with onion, chives, tomato and parsley. It tastes great and is the perfect accompaniment to the doco on the history of spices we've just started watching.
