Shapes

Time to relax this weekend! Time to watch a bit of rugby and basically laze about doing nothing.

As a passenger in a car it's great to have a nose at the world around you, as you never get the chance whilst driving. So today I was able to appreciate some of the sights and shapes around us.

Achilles appears to getting better, so I might try a short walk tomorrow. Training for Snowdon has been setback somewhat by the injury, and time is running out.
