Celebration

Today we, along with this dog, helped celebrate the 80th anniversary of our local library branch. There was a party with food, music, speakers, etc.

Unfortunately, this branch library is being evicted. After decades of token rent, the branch was sold to a bigtime developer who wants market rate rents. The library needs to find a new location this summer, may move into a portable on a schoolyard playground. We hope it survives!
