Sunday 11 March 2012: on the wing
i woke up this morning a little groggy. egh, daylight savings time.
must get up and get dressed for yoga. leah texts - headache.
i have to go anyway, and good thing. a great guest instructor and i was able to go farther in several postures than i have before.

brunch after - cafe brazil. delicious. an impromptu trip to the zoo. parakeet prison? no wait, i don't think it was called that...
a weird video experience in which we saw an unexplained 1930's cartoon promoting milk. dairy propaganda.
home. run 3 miles. it's suddenly warm - the rain has stopped.
home (again). whip up a big batch of potato rosemary soup for my lunches this week and dinner tonight. tasty.
need to bake some cookies yet for an event tomorrow...i am fooling myself into thinking i still have plenty of time because it is light outside. however, it is already 7p. thanks, daylight savings time.
