Wednesday 14 March 2012: Tea and cake at the Half Moon Cafe!
My title sounds like the Gunfight at the OK Corral, but I'm pleased to say that our mini-blipmeet was much more civilised and a lot less bloody! Tony and I drove to Saltaire after work to meet up with visions of Chloe and husband trevorearthy who were on a short visit to our area. We met at the Half Moon Cafe in Roberts Park in Saltaire (a favourite spot of yearofhappy's. We enjoyed getting to know each other over cake and I am sure there will be a return visit to the Western Lakes before too long. Lovely to meet you both!
Or maybe I'm thinking of Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistle Stop Cafe?!
