Anyone for Latin?

I wasn't "lucky" enough to be taught Latin at school so have no idea what this all means.
Came on this lovely square of old Roman remains whilst trying to find a coffee/toilet stop !
Prior to this did a very average bus tour round the City - actually a bit chilly on the open top deck and we seemed to speed past a lot of the sights without much in the way of guidance or explanation about what we were seeing. One thing hasn't changed since the last time we were here - the traffic and crazy scooters.
