Wide Load, Narrow Road

Possibly one of those GPS alternative route mistakes here.

There's loads of roadworks on the main trunk roads around here just now and lots of traffic (me included) looking for ways to avoid the jams. I think this truck driver might've been trying the same, but not knowing the road ahead was a narrow single track road. He drove for another mile or so before stopping in front of me, sticking on his hazards and pulling off a very impressive three-point turn down a farm road before heading back the way he came.

£279 better off we'll be after today's budget according to an online calculator I just punched some numbers into.

I'll bet you £279 it won't feel that way.
