Friday 23 March 2012: Cranefly resting...

Had a reasonable nights sleep and woke feeling better but by the time I had showered and had some breakfast I was ready to roll back into bed.

Trip into city for weekly shopping was a chore and I was pleased to get home where I laid upon my bed and nodded off waking four hours later feeling guilty but better.

Pot luck tea at D&V's for Nic's birthday. Lovely to see everyone but found myself nodding off within an hour or so of arriving and had to make a concerted effort to be sociable.

This image taken in their garden. Spied the crane-fly from the decking above the rose bush and loved the colours. Pity the crane-fly is not more in focus as it would have been a good candidate for 2013 Photo. Comp.
