Wednesday 28 March 2012: Up on the roof

A presscall this morning - up on the roof of Edinburgh restaurant Oloroso this morning. This is celebrity chef Tony Singh, who was holding a masterclass in how to prepare a "Big Lunch" for a hungry crowd. This year's Big Lunch is part of the official programme of events to commemorate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee and will take place on Sunday 3rd June 2012. Led by the Eden Project, the aim of The Big Lunch is to encourage neighbourhoods across the UK to come together to share lunch and a few hours of community, friendship and fun. Which sounds like a great idea, and something to blip come June!
