The Other Room

Back to the EGTG rehearsals for Jerusalem. Books are down and things are coming along nicely. Although the rehearsal rooms have shifted to a different building a few doors down the street, the layout is similar to the old place, with a larger room where the rehearsal takes place and another room where people who aren't involved can work on lines and so on, until they are called for the next scene they are in. Because the larger room, while bigger, is not really big enough for everyone to sit around when they aren't involved in a scene. It was quite feature of Six Degrees of Separation last Spring, with the supporting cast spending quite bit of time in the 'other room'. I think it proved to be a good bonding thing for those of us with less stage time and I'm sure the banter that went on on the 'other room' helped the quality of the final show.
So while I did take plenty of pictures in the rehearsal room, this is a shot of L in the 'other room', while people were discussing a bit of the play.
