Wednesday 28 March 2012: Dandelion design
Mother to hair appointment this morning.
Beautiful day with clear sunny sky and hardly a breath of wing so decided to walk the canine around the Oval. It has been a while and so I took it slow but could only manage half the circuit and returned to the car feeling weak and tuckered out. Still it is a start and I shall endeavour to push a little each day. It quite amazes me how suddenly ones abilities can be stripped away leaving one feeling so vulnerable; a position I am not comfortable with.
Thank goodness for the wonderful beauty of the creative nature gods. :-))
