Hidden in Kin

Though hidden amongst my kin
I stand out
I am unique

While they are the hills
Of the artist's theme
I am the peak

Shining brightly through
The purple haze
I am the moonlight

Yet while I am not
Viewed as they
In your sight

I am yet one of them
We are together in thick
And in thin

I am happy to be of them
Though hidden
Amongst my kin
