She always took her time and gave the highest standard of care to clients and she nursed her aged parents, with dignity and utmost love. We all learned humilty and humour from her. It is so sad that her manager was so rigid in her ways of working, that Janice felt she had to go, before she was forced to.

She has certainly left a huge gap in the service and her clients will be the poorer for it.
