Saturday 7 April 2012: The Glorious Bastards

My Dad took me to see some of his old muso friends from back in the day in New Zealand today. They're called the Glorious Bastards and they were playing a show in St. Kilda to celebrate their guitarist Brent Parlane's 60th. They played some great blues and rock 'n' roll from the '50s and '60s. It was a great gig. I love meeting Dad's old mates and hearing about the rock scene back in Hamilton, and I always love a good concert.
