Thanks to a recommendation from G on his blip, I now have a bicycle that runs more smoothly than ever - despite being 15 years old! It has had a new chain, rear cassette, tyres and various other bits...

Now I just need to find someone to service me so I'm as good as I was 15 years ago. I cycled 8.5 miles this afternoon (albeit at a decent pace and with some hills) and I was exhausted afterwards!
