Sunday 8 April 2012: MrsCyclops and a Canon
MrsCyclops and I met my parents for lunch today, then went to look around the newly refurbished Royal Appartments at Stirling Castle. The new paintwork all looks rather garish to my eye, but apparently this is what it would have looked like in its prime (at least before candle smoke dulled everything).
This evening we all went for a delicious dinner at Tapa in Leith.
