Tuesday 10 April 2012: California Quail in Palm Springs

We enjoyed another wonderful day in the desert! We visited a desert wayside today where we saw lots of birds and wildlife. I really enjoyed seeing the California Quail which also happens to be the California State Bird.

Thanks to everyone who has commented on my journal during our trip! I have been so busy that I have neglected some of you and will catch up when we get home;)))
