Kaleidoscope

I thought I'd lost my kaleidoscope but I discovered it in one of the numerous bins in the attic. It was pure joy to find it!

It was also pure joy to fill fifteen contractor bags with junk and toss them right out the attic window! The fact that they didn't split open when they hit the ground provided just the right amount of encouragement for me to continue. Fun!

There is at least a week's worth of sifting, sorting, vacuuming and bagging awaiting me up there. But tomorrow I'll have help in the form of a young man who needs to do a little community service for his mother!
