The spice bazaar

Had a great mooch around the spice bazaar and the much larger grand bazaar. The kids were nagging us to go there as they love to haggle with the stall holders, for some reason Jacob thought he'd be able to pick up some cheap binoculars !!!!!
I absolutely love it in these places. The smells, the hustle and bustle and the bartering with a smile and sense of good humour.

We ended up with turkish delight (obviously), a mulberry handbag ;-) and a converse sweat top all genuine of course amongst other stuff.

For tea we went to most wonderful fish restaurant further along the Bospherous with our extended turkish relatives. Much raki later we returned home very tired.
