Tuesday 10 April 2012: Evening At Derwentwater
Back to work today so, naturally, the sun was shining! In the afternoon I phoned The Man to see if he fancied a quick, easy tea and a trip to Keswick. "I'll put my shoes on!" he said. "Great!" I thought.
It's just funny how the sun suddenly disappeared behind cloud the minute I put the phone down. Not to be put off we drove the 13 miles just because it would make a nice change even if I didn't get anything suitable to blip.
We were lucky in getting a little evening brightness before the sun set.
