Wednesday 11 April 2012: Rest Bay Reflections
Today Courtney and I accompanied mum to pick up my granny from Wales. I took the opportunity to do a bit of surfing.
I took this photo whilst walking across rest bay in Porthcawl (after mum had fallen in rock pool! haha). The sand had a thin layer of water that made it very reflective when the camera was put close to the ground.
The surf wasn't good in the afternoon but went over to Sutherdown and ended up surfing from about 6.30 until sunset (8.15 ish). Was really nice though I'm a bit rubbish, so I've told the guy I hire the stuff from that I'll book a lesson next time.
