STREET ART PERHAPS NOT GRAFFITI IN A SIDE STREET

on our walk to the 'Regentenkamer'. There Mischa read her short story: The squirrel and the hawk. It was in a program centered around the writer Anton Koolhaas, famous for his animal stories.
In the program two short stories were read by actors. A part of the movie 'Bij de beesten af' made by Bert Haanstra was shown. A beautiful 'lied' on the dead of a forse by lightening was sung, text by Paul Fort, musique by Henriëtte Bosmans. A translation of a fable of La Fontaine was recited. An introductory text to the edition of Koolhaas made by Midas Dekkers was read superberly by an actress.
It was Mischa's début and that is of course a scary thing to do. She had taken her preparations not lightly.
In her performance she radiated and it was such pleasure to hear and see the magic happen.

My haiku:

Butterfly in paint
In the bright colours whispers
The endless magic

And the chinese proverb:

The spirit illuminates everything.
