Wednesday 18 April 2012: Evening light
Another post box, blipped on the way to the chipper to get some food for tea. Currently watching the football from Stamford Bridge - Chelsea v Barca in the Champions League semi-final first-leg. Against the run of play perhaps, and certainly contrary to the balance of possession Chelsea are still ahead. Fascinating stuff. The Chelsea ground looks very different these days from when was last there, back in 1985 during my year in London as a student. Saw a number of games at the Bridge that season, particularly midweek games in the cups, as my Saturday afternoons were frequently taken up with playing for the glorious LSE V team (!)
