Sunday 8 April 2012: Beautiful Swaledale
The last of my holiday back blips. I am sooo behind: there are still a couple of "at home" back blips to post and it's going to be next week before I have the luxury of getting back to once-a-day-blipping.
This was taken about a quarter of the way round a beautiful circular walk in the Yorkshire Dales: looking down to the river Swale. The 7 mile walk starts at Keld; Muker, the tiny grey village you can see towards the back right, is roughly half way round and was a great place to stop for a very welcome cuppa!
More pictures of the walk here.
