Thursday 19 April 2012: The #4 Express
When I used to live in the city, I despised the subway. Now, I cannot get enough of it. This is the Number 4 Express from Manhattan to the Bronx. After a busy day in midtown, I scored a ticket to the Yankees and Minnesota Twins game. My team lost but, any game in the mecca of baseball is a grand event.
The train was packed like sardines. And I was a happy fish amongst the others. One thing I like on the train is how all these strangers seem to join hands for the ride.
