Thursday 25 September 2008: Sidewalk beauty
This Gazania in a sidewalk flowerbed simply stopped me in my tracks.
These flowers are extremely colorful, hardy and will flower abundantly - even if there is only a hint of rain. Of which we did not have a lot recently.
The city of George is one lush garden at the moment, and it is difficult to make a choice between all the colorful blips.
Yes, it is yet another flower, but so be it!
