Yoga on the beach

Long day!
1. Found Dex
2. Took him to the vet's
3. Took Poppy to the beach
4. Bumped into uncle H and M - later joined by C & J
5. Went to independence park
6. Brought Poppy home
7. went to the beach again to sit with H, M, C & J
8. Met R & R for a late lunch
9. R came over to watch a couple of episodes of Ashes to Ashes
10. we both went to N's going away party
11. was back home at 2.30
