A shadow

This was taken walking down the park at Gärdet and is one which I do daily except with the summer sun peeping through the days are much longer. Often stop at this place to look at the vast expansive green park and take in some 'mother nature'.
Helps a lot to dwell in my thoughts and wonder a lot more why????
Interestingly this picture reminds me that we all have that pole on which we can sometimes rest; it only needs recognising.
