Thursday 26 April 2012: Race night
Went to race night tonight. Obviously gambling is not allowed in the UAE so came home with the shirt on my back.
We were paired with a lovely couple - his Excellency the Ambassador and his wife, however they were as bad knowledgable as us at picking winners. A couple of close shaves at losing everything before a minor victory at the end.
