Saturday 28 April 2012: Penicuik Youth Band
Ian is Secretary for Penicuik Youth Band and recently had the job of ordering new instruments for the Band. They have just arrived and this morning Ian was unpacking the boxes to check all was well with the delivery. Here they are in our garden on display for my Blip friends. There are three cornets, two tenor horns and a baritone.
Recently Ian was at a primary school in Penicuik with current members of the Youth Band on a recruiting exercise. So these shiny new instruments are for the new recruits :o)
