Bursting at the banks

yes ! Yes! YES! The sun came out this afternoon so I took a 15 minutes bike ride down to the Thames at Abingdon lock. The river is very very high and there were a lot of people admiring and one person wondering at the torrents of water at the weir.

I carried on along the Thames Path to the centre of town where, as you can see, the Thames has burst its banks. In some places it's even worse and the geese are really confused.
